What happens after you submit

Once you submit the form, our team will call you back to understand your property and what you want to achieve. We will book a no-obligation survey at a time that suits you, then provide a written quote for the system we recommend. There is no pressure to proceed — the quote is genuine and based on your roof, your usage and your goals.

What we need from you

• Your postcode — so we can confirm we cover your area
• What you are interested in — solar, battery, both, EV charging or a heat pump
• Your name, phone and email — so we can call you back
• A best time to call — morning, afternoon, evening or anytime

For businesses and farms, we also ask for a business or farm name and a property type (office, industrial, retail, hospitality, farm, estate, holiday let or other) so we can tailor the quote. A phone number is required so we can actually call you back — without it we cannot book a survey.

What happens at the survey

A survey usually takes under an hour for a residential property and longer for a commercial or farm site. For a Hamilton home, we look at the orientation and pitch of your roof, any shading from chimneys or neighbouring buildings, the condition of the roof structure, and where your consumer unit sits. For battery storage, we also confirm where the unit will live and how it will integrate with your existing or planned solar.

For businesses and farms, the survey covers the same ground at larger scale — roof area and structural capacity for commercial buildings, three-phase supply checks for farms, and cable runs back to the meter. We will explain the options in plain terms and answer any questions about planning, installation and finance.

After the quote

If you are happy with the quote, we book an installation date that suits you. A typical residential solar install is completed in one to two days, with battery and EV charger work often completed within a day. Larger commercial and farm systems may take longer. We install through MCS-certified partners and hand over full documentation on completion.
