Who we are
Scottish Energy Efficiency — Hamilton is the local brand for solar, battery storage and EV charging in and around the town. We are part of the wider Scottish Energy Efficiency network, with a main office at Unit 3 Prospect III, Prospect Business Centre, Dundee DD2 1TY, serving Hamilton and the surrounding South Lanarkshire villages.
What we do
We help Hamilton homes, businesses, farms and rural properties switch to solar generation, battery storage and EV charging. Our role is to understand your property and your goals, design a system that fits, and install it through MCS-certified partners. We handle residential rooftop solar, commercial rooftop and ground-mount systems, farm sheds and outbuildings, rural estates and off-grid properties.

How we install
We install through MCS-certified partners. That means the actual installation work on your property is carried out by certified installers operating to recognised standards, with the documentation you would expect from an MCS installation. We never claim to be MCS- or RECC-certified ourselves — the certification sits with our install partners.
